37.5 hour permanent role

A person who also has a true passion for being part of a team, ensuring success whilst at all times protecting the luxury of the brand image.  

Key Responsibilities

§ Ensure your monthly target is met

§ Have a strong focus on link selling and the recruitment of new customers

§ Plan, Execute and deliver Make Up Events On Counter each Month

§ Conduct consultations to the highest levels and always invite clients back for a follow up appointment

§ Use samples effectively and meet and greet/ traffic stop all clients

§ Build strong & positive relationships with the team, store management, REM & Head Office

§ Closely monitor stock holding levels, raise & rectify stock issues following retailer guidelines

§ Follow & implement company merchandising guidelines

§ Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within deadlines

§ Display high levels of customer service

§ Follow grooming guidelines

§ Be flexible with rota management and maintain a positive demeanour at all times

Commerciality

§ Gain market share for the brand – improve ranking

§ Competitor awareness – new products (innovation), eventing, marketing, media etc

§ Business to business networking – build new customer base

 

Brand / Product Awareness

§ Identify & promote the USP of the brand

§ Constantly develop knowledge of the brand and competitor brands & products

§ Offer creative ideas to generate new business

§ Successfully plan & execute key product launches

§ Showcase brand and maximise all opportunities in store

 

Interacting Effectively

§ Offer excellent customer service to all internal & external customers

§ Create high profile relationships with staff, store & customers
