Key Responsibilities:

  • To build and implement omni channel education strategy to drive the sales growth for the brands and successfully execute the educational programs for the Beauty Advisors.
  • To be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and has the ability to act as a leader. 
  • To ensure development of Beauty Advisors are optimized by building the expertise, skills, and image, leveraging on the business ambition and marketing plans. 
  • To play a key role in elevating customer experience – both online and offline by constantly improving the CXE, NPS and eNPS Score.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders (Retail, Marketing, Trade, Brand Comm, Digital) to define the best 360º education strategy. 
  • Store Productivity customization training – Targeted on low productivity door.


Education Strategy

  • To be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the educational approaches and strategies. 
  • Develop local education strategic priorities & Zone frame release
  • Roll out of POS, cabins beauty tech and services across the country following Zone frame release
  • Work closely with CRM to propose country clientelling strategy and relevant partners to drive recruitment
  • Liaise with Zone for specific training module request & projects co creation


Upskilling, Coaching & People Development

  • Acts as people champion: Motivates, Develops & coaches team of Beauty Advisors population, Monitors Beauty Advisors & store manager turnover rates 
  • To work closely with Omni Retail Education Manager and zone to train and develop Beauty Advisors growth and progression – Skincare Experts, Fragrance Experts, Make Up Experts, Live streaming Experts
  • Locally adapted modules, delivering & attending training local teams
  • Provide 1-1 in store and cabin coaching to ensure service excellence, train store managers and retail manager in field to be able to provide guidance and coaching to field team
  • Develop and empower the CM & field team to pursue high standard of cleanliness, organization, visual merchandising for the POS and cabins
  • Build regional Beauty Advisor’s community, promote experience sharing & inspiration. Retain & Loyalize Beauty Advisors with inspiring & interactive content. Partner with Retail Excellence to ensure clear development and career plan for skin consultants and therapists
