What You Will Learn:

This role is responsible for managing the daily deduction functions to ensure achievement of A/R KPI’s.  Responsibilities include daily monitoring of the A/R as it relates to deductions, support internal and external customer teams, provide direction and development to Deduction Resolution Analyst and Specialists.  As well, this role is a key stakeholder in driving changes and enhancements within the E2E supply chain with the goal of reducing customer claims.  This position will take the lead in reviewing and streamlining internal deduction processes by understanding the issues and ultimately suggesting/enabling decisions, efficiencies, process improvement and automation.

 This Manager would be responsible for the following:

  • Development of high performing team
  • Review and implement process improvement, automation, and efficiencies
  • Interact and collaborate with multi-functional internal teams to improve E2E supply chain processes, reducing customer deductions
  • Become the expert in applications specific to Deduction management
  • Interact and collaborate with external partners to improve processes to reduce/eliminate customer deductions

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

       College degree required preferably with exposure to Supply Chain/Accounts receivable/financial experience

       Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

       Expert level skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

       Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

       Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

       Ability to achieve results

       Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

       Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

       Strong Forward planning and strategic thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience is desired but not required
  • LSS experience/certification is desired but not required
  • Business Process Improvement experience is desired but not required
  • High Radius experience is desired but not required
