What You Will Do:

Sales Operations provides sales reporting & analytics, operational & field services support, incentive compensation plan support, and sales systems/sales growth tools including Veeva CRM tool to the Derm Team field sales business unit with the goal of driving sales and growth of the CeraVe and La Roche-Posay brands in the U.S. market.



  • Develop, standardize and support ongoing delivery of performance reporting for the Derm Team, CeraVe Blue Sky Immersion pediatrics team, Oncology hospital team, and other contract or external fields teams as needed
  • Support all business units in KPI, ProVoice Share of Recommendation, and sales performance tracking needs and requests
  • Work with internal account management teams and third party POS data management companies to ensure integrity, trafficking and timely delivery of all sales data
  • Develop and distribute periodic Derm Team Executive Summary to communicate team performance across all metrics such as sales, call KPIs, and ProVoice Share of Recommendation
  • Support of Dispensing sales channel, Institutional Sales Team, and Pediatrics team as needed
  • Work hand in hand with full Sales Operations team to make enhancements to Derm Team Dashboards
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Sales Operations Playbook
  • Ad hoc data management, analysis, and analytical support
  • Perform other duties as needed





  • Support of Veeva CRM tool
  1. Dashboard development and maintenance
    • Identify opportunities in enhancements, new applications to increase capabilities and efficiencies across business units
  • Support in providing end user training on how to effectively use the CRM tool
  • Assist in the development of high-quality training materials
  • End user ad hoc support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Assist in the onboarding of new reps to the CRM


Sales Systems/Tools:

  • Oversee the application of Sales Systems to ensure all systems are functioning at a high level:
    • Analyzer
    • SKYPAD
    • Veeva/Vault/Salesforce
  • Train and support field sales end users where necessary


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years in sales or sales analytics functions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as experience with sales databases
  • Solid understanding of how to read, analyze and interpret data at topline and granular levels
  • Strong verbal, listening, written communications and facilitation skills required
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences
  • Demonstration of high level of emotional intelligence & organizational skills




  • Approximately 5% as needed for sales meetings or other meetings or conferences
