Section 2: Job Summary

Provide weekly & monthly analysis and insights for L’Oreal Luxe and Luxury Beauty Market, focusing on category, channel, & account drivers.


Responsibilities include:

  • POS: Weekly reporting and analysis of L’Oreal OneLuxe Retail Sales results
    • Summarize key insights from the brands on key drivers while adding key insights from the prior week Market performance
  • Promo Calendar: Maintain Top Retailer promo calendar to inform on key promotional shifts by Brand and by Retailer for the purpose of providing market and Luxe performance shifts by week
  • 100% Sellout: Compile L’Oreal Luxe by Category & by Channel MTD & YTD results with market insight
  • Luxe v Market Charts (incl Icon’s Tracker): Compile and graph L’Oreal Luxe results by Brand v Market to visually present share performance including performance of Key Brand Icons highlighting SOM growth by category/by channel
  • Paris Requests: Provide monthly YTD 100% L’Oreal Luxe Sales by brand & monthly flow of NPD v Non-Measured 100% Market


Section 3: Job Requirements (Minimum number years of experience, skills, certification, and academic background required to perform this job):

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and capability to quickly learn analytical tools
  • Power BI proficiency
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Detail-orientated. Accuracy is a necessity.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours
