L'Oréal Internship is a 6 months full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile in learning students, who are eager to gain real life working experience through solving purposeful challenges in beauty tech business. 

We are looking for university student - currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, who is

· Enjoys hands-on experimentation and/or solving technical problems 

· Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and team skills 

· High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn 

· Experience with microscopy techniques and microbial culturing would be advantageous

Your Job Mission:

· Conduct a scientific literature review 

· Design and conduct experiments, with mentorship guidance, within a defined project 

· Collect, record, and interpret data, and draw sound scientific conclusions based on analyzed data 

· Become proficient in laboratory and/or microscopy, biofilm, and biochemical assays to characterize the interactions of skin microbes 

· Communicate project results both in writing and orally to the research team
