What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

As our Commercial Intern, you will

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and communicate activities to retailers
  • Propose the right activation mix through analysis of sell-out data and tracking of ROI
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and data processes
  • Manage trade displays set up with agencies to ensure quality and timeliness of onsite execution
  • Support commercial team on key brand activations in-store or at external events and venues

Who are we looking for?

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
  • Data-savvy with the confidence to pull insights from large datasets
  • Organized with strong project management abilities
  • Proactive communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
