About Travel Retail

Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.


What You Will Learn:


Drive brands’ business under guidance of the Marketing Directors to increase share of market in competitive landscape with a consumer centric approach.  

  • Drive brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for both new launches and core businesses with executional excellence.
  • Owning and uncovering deep consumer insights and data-driven marketing.
  • Performing business & competitive analysis, marketing budget/financial control, and preparing presentations for internal and external stake holders.




  • Portfolio Management: Define the strategic orientations and the 3-Year marketing plan for the brand, while successfully monitoring the portfolio (forecasting, building the strategy and monitoring the implementation of new product launches, renovations and animating core catalogue). 
  • Product Launches: Forecast and implement new launches and marketing mix strategies and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences. Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Work hand-in-hand with Retail & Digital team to build strong go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget & Forecast: Collaborate with the supply chain team to align baseline catalog finished goods (FG) and tester forecasts with marketing strategies and client demands, ensuring inventory levels are optimized.
  • Internal & External Presentations: Prepare annual marketing presentations that outline the brand's strategy and novelties. Deliver engaging and informative presentations to TOP clients, fostering a deeper understanding of the brand's direction and offerings. 
  • Consumer and Market Insights: Collect and analyze insights for the category and share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product developments with the country’s needs.
  • Monitor the retail strategy: Working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team to monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (POSM, services, advice, etc.)

Pricing: Conduct semi-annual pricing analysis, assessing internal and competition prices in TRAM and LMs, profitability and recommended pricing structure to suggest new prices ensuring MS% growth while contributing to valorization


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field required, MBA preferred
  • 3-6 years marketing experience 
  • 2+ years in operational marketing or similar role
  • Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently.
  • Presentation skills: ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive presentations
  • Leadership skills: ability to demonstrate leadership within brand team and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of beauty industry, TR Americas is a plus
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Proficient with Office package (PPT, Excel, etc.)
