Digital Marketing Transformation
Drive Digital Campaign
- Manage digital calendar and campaign based on EC activation with the product marketing team and oversee the brand’s online campaign.
- Plan, manage, track, analyze and optimize the overall performance to drive e-Commerce traffic
- Oversee marketing activation: 360 Activation the campaigns, Posting catalogues, O2O campaign, Event, etc.
Media - Build up the digital media calendar to support efficiently the marketing calendar with the right levels of investments; drive for innovation/breakthrough in China’s digital landscape; try new media format within C-trip, Alibaba, Alipay, Tencent media, WeChat pay etc.) to drive traffic to e-com directly and O+O
Influence - Create and implement a strategy to be Top 1 in TR during the key moments; set up the right platform mix to achieve the engagement and authenticity KPI; ensure an efficient always on KOC seeding; always explore the new way of engagement on new platforms such as Douyin, RED in China.
O+O and Beauty Tech - Drive for O+O, virtual makeup try-on, skin diagnosis tool projects
Share and train - Develop the digital team to act as the consultant role to execute smoothly all the media and KOL campaign with the product team, from the working process development to the valuable insight input to be consumer centricity; upskill the marketing and commercial teams; work with corporate digital team/DMI/TRM, monitor the KPI, ROI of digital investment
CRM/Data obsession - work with Corp team to launch the data tracking project and optimization of retargeting action with China LM in Hainan first with WeChat and i-beauty
A&P – Manage the digital A&P throughout the year with a clear and anticipated calendar, right phasing, and timely landing.
Livestreaming - Institutionalize live streams for key moments to drive awareness and push for the right platform in the long run
Business weight - Deliver the e-com ambition through collaboration with multi-functional teams.
Excellence - Draw the roadmap of e-com acceleration in terms of e-boutique revamp in China and KR; Complete 100% content integrity by H1 2021; Clavis and OSA workflow to be rolled out in Hainan, on top priority SKUs; provide monthly data analysis to constantly optimize.
Partnerships – Foster closer partnership with retailers and commercial team to maximize the exposure on retailer’s platform.
