Artistry Manager – Makeup & Designer Fragrances

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Accredit as National Face Designer by brand DMI & Fashion house to support TR APAC Marketing events
  • Promote MUP artistry to build brand authority, enrich in-store experience & drive sales Deliver training & coaching for GS/BA
  • Identify potentials in the field & create a career development path (MUE) to motivate & retain talents
  • Implement of regional education strategy based on the BU strategic framework
  • Design training activities, exercises, and evaluations for consistent education solution delivery
  • Develop TR Service Menu to drive business & enrich consumer journey Evaluate frontline team and individual performance to provide coaching and advice for improvement
  • Be the ambassador of Armani TR APAC to support marketing events to increase brand awareness
  • Develop business-driven/ advanced makeup training to uplift field team skillsets
  • Develop training & digital learning modules to ensure the O+O training path
  • Collaborate with Marketing for brand campaigns/ contests to create cross-learning opportunities
  • Product forecast and launch plan, Field & customer insights, Monitor retail strategy and implementation of retail materials (service, advice etc.)


  • Degree in Business, Education, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the Beauty and Travel retail environment
  • Minimum 4 years of Makeup training experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Fragrance’s training experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Experience in China market is Plus
  • MUST be fluent in Chinese verbal & written for Conducting training and training materials  
  • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying capacities is a must
  • Excellent organization, negotiation, influencing skills is a strong plus
  • Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Has the aptitude and capacity to motivate, coach and train staff
  • Strong sense of aesthetic sensibility and creativity, preferably having an in-depth product and brand knowledge
  • Must have Can-do Attitude
  • High sense of luxury and service excellence is highly preferred
