Reporting to the Head of Category for CPD SAPMENA, Regional Category Manager will work closely with local category/business development teams and brand, e-com, and commercial teams at the regional level, to drive category strategies and key financial KPIs for skincare category regionally.

What are we looking for?

L'Oreal is currently looking for a Regional Category Manager - Skincare. Key responsibilities include:

  • Focuses on building Skincare category strategy for the region and leads landing strategic projects.
  • Leads category priorities and projects for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retailers both in store and online at the local level
  • Responsible for embedding category expertise; multifunctional ways of working, both regionally and locally
  • Partnering with CMI to develop shopper insights
  • Understanding the shopper journey on skincare and developing the right activation actions.
  • Developing and monitoring the picture of success for Skincare in-store.

You will:

  • Delivering Category selling story
  • Developing deep shopper knowledge for the region
  • Implementing assortment priorities & picture of success across the region
  • Tracking and achieving the targets set for FaceTomorrow
  • Delivering Skin projects & captaincies together with the local markets.
  • Driving category activations on skincare
  • Support on optimizing promotional efficiencies in the market
  • Upskilling of the local category managers


  • Implementation of the Skincare picture of success
  • Grow in store fundamentals (SOF, SOD), achieving the FaceTomorrow targets
  • Advantage Survey -> improving on category management
  • Category growth

You have:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a category role or a combination of customer-facing and Brand roles
  • Proven experience of landing retailer strategies and projects
  • Preferably experience in a regional role
