  • Achieve sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives given by Head office
  • Visit retail stores according to the daily schedule
  • Respect guidelines for product placement provided by head office; control and implement
  • Present products and promotions to the clients assuring that brands are promoted as effectively as possible at points of sale (POS)
  • Help clients to develop their own business potential (sell-through, technical help, merchandising…)
  • Set-up and controls the usage of POS material (wall stands, posters, leaflets, etc) in the shop
  • Send regularly information (standard forms imposed by FSM or KAM) about his / her activity and the activity of the clients
  • Maintenance of stands (cleaning, updating, replacing testers, reporting issues)
  • Indirect impact on order creation and control of Merchandiser work
  • Control the execution of all agreed activities and secondary positions with clients

  • Has University degree (preferably in Business)
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in the sales field
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with positive attitude
  • Is business driven & eager for achieving and outperforming targets
  • Is flexible, has great planning and follow-up skills
  • Shows emphasis on proactivity and being independent in his/her work,  is able to present ideas
  • Likes to work in a dynamic multitasking atmosphere and finding quick win-win solutions
  • Speaks English fluently and is native Bulgarian speaker
  • Has clean driving license
