Sr. Business Planning Specialist or Manager for Professional Product Division


JOB Description


  1. Reporting to the Business Development Team manager, ensure Division business 

       building accuracy and enhance sales KPI by following monthly sales


  • Develop deep customer knowledge based on market insights and competition strategies
  • Gather & collect field sales activity raw data to enhance productivity
  • Thoroughly review and analyze internal data to organize data management, suggest and implement the most reasonable and reliable sales measures
  • Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
  • Cross-reference data with business analyst team in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business and practical use of sales promotion
  • Assist in defining the sales territories and key growth strategy
  • Provide the measurement & evaluation of major customers & initiatives

  2. Assist the Business Development Team manager for Division projects


Qualification

  • University graduate
  • 3-7 Years of experience
  • Balanced experience in both brand sales & trade marketing
  • Fluent in both Korean and English 
  • Salon Business Experience plus
