What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for consolidating revenue for the division with high visibility to the leadership team.  This individual will be a strategic partner to the sales and finance teams.   Additional responsibilities will include ad-hoc projects focused around generating profitability in the wholesale channel, reaching the divisions sustainability goals, and supporting the division in strategic analysis.

This job requires a lot of attention to detail and analyzing key financial figures in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Additionally has high visibility to upper-management and requires strong business partnering skills.


Job Duties and Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Revenue Management:

  • Review and analysis of retail sales, net sales, WOS
  • Manage the consolidation and analysis of sales for the division
  • Weekly net sales variance analysis, customer allowance tracking, and landing of monthly net sales
  • Review and challenge, if necessary, gross to net sales
  • Manage P&Ls in the wholesale channel and analyze profitability by customer

Forecasting Analysis:

  • Review sales growth analysis and price synthesis reports
  • Analyze KPI’s for topline growth (volume/value)

Wholesale Analysis:

  • Analyze wholesale P&L’s and build models to support the business needs
  • Support the team in strategic analysis to drive growth and profitability at key customers


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong computer skills required; must have expert-level experiences with Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate an ability to be detail oriented as the role requires the use of multiple computer systems
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management
