What You’ll do:

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are properly fulfilled regarding quantity, quality and time. You'll ensure compliance with Safety, Housekeeping, & Environmental (SHE) standards, as well as with L’Oréal policies and procedures within operations.

 What your day will look like:

  • Manage a team of non-exempt employees.
  • Supervise the operations of staff to achieve objectives.
  • Allocate temp labor staffing as needed.
  • Manage flow of goods in the following areas: shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment and line operations.
  • Identify and communicate recommendations to improve operations and safety.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with outside vendors and trucking companies.
  • Ensure productivity standards are met.
  • Manage team performance and support employee development and training.
  • Participate in cross functional initiatives within scope of responsibility.

What you’ll need: 

Educational or Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 4-year college degree in Business related discipline preferred.

 Previous Experience:

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience preferably in the consumer goods industry.

Additional Requirements:

  • Intermediate and/or advanced level of Excel.
  • General knowledge of material handling equipment.
  • Team management skills.
  • Personal computer skills, to include experience with spreadsheets, presentations, and database management.

 Tools and Equipment Used In Job/Environmental Factors:

  • Visual/auditory acuity required to operate equipment and see/hear warning alarms.
  • Material handling equipment.
  • Proper PPE is provided with and required to wear safety glasses, hair nets, uniform smock, and steel-toed shoes (depending on specific department requirements).

Essential Requirements:

  • SAP experience.
  • Productivity reporting.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Leadership skills.
