Job Description
  • Creates Category Growth strategies to be used for internal planning and engaging with our customers
  • Publishes and updates Qtly selling decks to the local markets. The deck aims to sell the Category potential but also L’Oreal and our brands as the key partner
  • Work closely with CMI (Consumer Market Intelligence) to gain market data update, category trend, shopper insight
  • Work closely with RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Manager to ensure close links between Category Growth Strategies and RGM
  • Lead Category project with key customer by working closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales team to ensure the successful implementation

Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration
  • 5+ Yrs experience in Category Management and/or Trade Marketing
  • Mixed experience in Sales/Marketing
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Fluent in English communication
