1. Responsible for growing Sell Out on their Brand ahead of Category.

2. Converts the Brand Strategy into an operational E-Brand Plan. Responsible for detailed “on platform” marketing activity plan.

3. Responsible for EComm Digital Media Budget to drive quality Traffic to the right platform, on the right SKU, at the right time.

Job Description

• Develops a clear traffic strategy for each platform to drive the right volume & quality of traffic.

• Ensures the correct budget is in place aligned with brand objectives and JBPs.  Manages and optimizes this budget.

• Champions the Online Brand plan for their Brand in both platforms including

• Assortment, Hero SKU Focus, GWPs, Campaign Stories, Bundling Strategy, Platform Differentiation, Social Plan, Cross Selling Strategy.

• Existing talent from Marketing or Digital who has an interest in ECommerce & willing to learn.

• Strong Operational Marketing profile capable of building detailed activity plans.

• Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Mktg to build the right plan.

• Strong in Analytic with accuracy forecasting.
