Key responsibilities:
  • Strategize brand communications plan including channels planning, KOLs strategy, media and brand partners relationships
    • Craft brand communications strategy including KOLs and channels selections. Initiate, own and manage contents calendar for social posts, digital contents and Live schedule by collaborating with all related parties (i.e. product manager, online manager, and brand platform manager) 
  • Manage all of brand social media platforms (ie. TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, FB, IG, Website) with the help of agency partner 
    • Drive buzz, engagement and followers through social media platforms
  • Lead all end-to end of Live streaming from content planning, executions and performance reporting and ensure that Live streaming helps generate sales on platforms. Sometimes it is required to conduct his/her own Live streaming
  • Manage budget and work together with agency partners, DMI and cross functional team
  • Manage consumers complaints/response management in timely manner 
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in communication or working in agencies companies also welcome
  • A person who is very up to date with social trend and familiar with all social platforms
  • Deep understanding of the brand and target consumers
  • Ability to create BIG idea, initiative, think out of the box
  • Able to host LIVE session is a plus
  • Can work well under pressure with good time management
  • Can do attitude & problem solving
  • Great in interpersonal skills and communication skills (both Thai and English)
