Key Job Accountabilities

Work closely with National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to develop trade activation plan as well as sell-out program and estimated spending in salon, cash & carry and other channel
- Deliver monthly report according to timeline and on request. Support data needed from MKT and cross functional team i.e. sales, Finance
Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful salon scheme, respecting and tracking budget to achieve commercial target
Full responsible for all POSM management (developing design, production & delivery), implement flawless in-salon activation, GWP & Value management to achieve targeted KPI and timeline with effective execution plan
Monitor PPP Budget and evaluate performance of key in-store activation (Booth Animation / Mini Event / Customer Theme / Lucky Draw / Value Set
Lead salon execution and co-operate with salon owners and sales team to make sure perfect operation i.e. payment, testers, process rebate, annual contract extension
Participate in key internal meeting to define key activity/support and action for operation team to execute in-store effectively as well as monitor and track actual execution
Manage trade activation team (recruit / develop) to completely work to achieve company target and develop their skill to grow in career

Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years in area of Trade Marketing / Trade Activation
Intermediate level in English and fluent in Thai
- Open-minded and great service mind
- Able to work under pressure and ad-hoc requests
