What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Min 2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics field Collaborative,
You need to have consumer oriented spirit with service as a priority in order to Establish a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level
Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery to achieve OTFR (On Time Fill Rate) and OTIF (On Time In Full) targets
You need to have substantial analytical skills due to being the privileged interlocutor of clients within the Customer Service and ensure the complete execution of the order-to-cash cycle.
You will efficiently answer to the clients requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) and record, analyze and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution
You will ensure that you enforce the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions in term of payment deadlines, through follow-up of the bills payment and in proactively ensuring reminders and Stay in touch with the Credit Manager in order to identify any credit risks and to implement adapted corrective actions.
You have a key role to communicate towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions and ensure the continuity of service
