Being the Retail & Commercial Performance Manager of Travel Retail Asia Pacific, you will be leading multiple initiatives developing strategic frame of Retail & Commercial operation for the company’s sustainable growth collaborating with multiple functional teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Challenge the status quo of existing retail & commercial operational frame and procedures and lead the organizational transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and clarifying the priorities, objectives includes (not limited)
    • Centralizing data management, data automation
    • Performing regular & ad-hoc business analysis, insight sharing and setting up KPIs to follow up
    • Developing and cascading down business operational principle, guideline to relevant parties
    • Operation, supporting system development/implementation and enhancement
    • Change management including training
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders with leadership and influencing skill per different business topics
    • Commercial managers, Education managers, Field operation teams
    • Corporate functions such as Finance, Operation, Legal, Purchasing and IT
    • Company management team and Global HQ team
    • External consulting firm, service agencies
  • Work as an internal consultant, busines partner / advisor as well as a gatekeeper

Who we are looking for:

    • 10+ years in consumer, retail industry for retail, commercial operation functions or strategic consulting experience with good understanding of full cycle of retail & commercial operation and business implication (back office and front line)
    • Strategic mindset and able to think “out of the box” for long term, creative vision while not losing sight of the operational challenges and reality to make the vision to come alive
    • Good analytical skill and understanding of business management, analytical tools (Salesforce, Microsoft BI etc.)
    • Multi-tasking skill with agility and flexibility per priorities and end-to-end project management skill
    • Familiar with matrix organization with complexity
