  • Coordinate and process orders of product, promotion sets, GWP, samples and all sales-related elements to drive sales
  • Handle the administrative follow-up and organization of the order processing
  • Handle all trade related purchase orders
  • Ensure the sales force are equipped with appropriate resources and materials to achieve their sales targets
  • Coordinate with POS to ensure smooth operations e.g. cleaning/pest control, stationery order etc.
  • Provide the necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings (regional, national)


  • Diploma or above with 1-2 years of sales administration/related experiences
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in computer applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
