Summary
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible in driving and building division brands through strategic channel/retailer activation planning and in-store shopper experience enhancement which encompasses: permanent wall features, monthly POSM, activation and planogram planning and execution. The Trade Marketing Executive will also be responsible in driving strong collaboration across Product teams, Sales, Supply & agencies to ensure timely execution with stock sufficiency to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly trade displays setup with agencies to ensure quality and timeliness of execution
  • Ideate and execute brand launch activations and retailer themed activations to elevate brand presence
  • Refresh in-store merchandising materials to maintain up-to-date brand look & feel
  • Propose right trade activities mix through tracking and analysis of ROI
  • Collaborate with Product team to design, fabricate, planogram and forecast POSM/Activation communication
  • Actively track competition activations on a monthly basis and co-related to market share gains

Requirements 
  • 1-2 years Experience in Trade Marketing
  • Strong collaborative skills in managing multiple stakeholders (i.e. Commercial and Product team) to achieve objectives
  • Experience in managing suppliers to ensure timeliness and quality of trade activation execution
  • Ability to manage excel and track work progress and manage budgets
