KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue).
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs.
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines.
- Manage the budget (sales forecast, price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Mobilize other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy.
- Influence media and promotion plans. Build, develop and manage brand team, train team members, and develop their marketing expertise and know-how.
- Develop & coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, according to Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development (Thematic product campaigns, Masterbrand campaigns, promotions)
- Purposeful Marketing Campaign: Partner with L’Oréal Group CAE to deploy brand-do agenda under brand platform.
- Support head of brand in related projects as per request for total master brand campaigns

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, solid experience in brand manager, product manager, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics
- Knowledgeable or experienced with Beauty/skincare and Ecom/Socom landscape is a plus.
- Good at Communications, negotiation skills
- Solid analytical, strategic thinking
- Immaculate execution, able to handle multi-tasking under high pressure.
- Fluent in English
